Rich Regole, President & CEO

Rich founded iCONN Systems in 2006 and has extensive experience in the interconnect industry. In his career, he has served in operational positions at various companies that lead him to found iCONN with the intention of providing exceptional service to the cable and connector industry. Rich holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA. He serves as the President and CEO of iCONN Systems, as well as iCONN’s co-located sister company, Mechanical Products and Accurate Forming, LLC. He is also the COO of R2M Holdings, LLC.

Mark Baker, CFO

Mark Baker began his career with a small local accounting firm and quickly found a home in manufacturing. Mark is a seasoned financial professional with 30+ years of experience focusing on manufacturing accounting, finance, internal control systems and risk management.  Mark’s career focus is accounting systems, financial reporting, forecasting, treasury management, cash flow modeling, property & casualty insurance, employee health & welfare benefits, retirement plans and the elimination of contingent liabilities.
 
Mark is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and an assistant football coach for Hillsdale College (Kickers and Punters)

Rick Regole, General Manager

Rick has been at iCONN for nearly 10 years and has held several positions that span across different areas of the business. He is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing and helped integrate an inbound philosophy into both departments. In addition to his success internally at iCONN, he recently got his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When Rick isn’t at the office, he loves spending time with his daughters, and golfing for “work”.

Rob Smith, VP Sales

Rob is one of the founding members at iCONN systems and currently leads our company as the VP of Sales.  He has over 28 years of multi-disciplinary experience in the interconnect industry.  Rob holds a B.S. in Operations and Information Management from Northern Illinois University and an MBA with an emphasis in Operations Management & Industrial Marketing from DePaul University.  Outside of work, Rob likes to spend time with his family and is an active member at Parkview Church.
